Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
A visit still to do when its day ends shows as Not done from midnight. Nothing changes on its own: it isn't skipped, moved or invoiced, and the customer's next visit still comes round as usual.
Before you start
Nothing to set up. Not done is worked out from the visit's day and whether anyone marked it done.
Sort out a visit that wasn't done
- The morning after, open To do. Not done yesterday says how many visits, on the web and in the phone app.
- For each visit, choose Move to give it a new day, Skip if it won't happen this time (the next visit stands), or Mark done if it was done.
- If a cleaner said I did this, the visit says so. Mark done is how you agree. Until you do, nothing is invoiced.
If you leave the card, it stays, and the Monday summary email says how many visits are still to sort out. Visits on a day a cleaner pressed Can't finish today are on that day's own card instead.
Say you did a visit you forgot to mark done
- In the phone app, open Your week and tap the day. A visit you didn't mark done shows Not done, with The office will sort this.
- Tap I did this. It goes to the office to check, and says Sent to the office.
Your Today list only ever shows today, so a missed visit never sits there.
If something goes wrong
- No I did this button: it's more than two days since that day ended, or the office has already sorted it. Tell the office.
- It says That visit isn't yours: it was given to someone else. Tell the office.
- I did this needs signal. If it doesn't send, try again when you have a connection.
Who can do this
Owners and managers sort out visits that weren't done. Cleaners can say I did this on their own visits.
