Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
Vans are in Team, Stock and vans, on the Vans tab. Each van is also a place that holds stock.
- On the Vans tab, choose Add a van. Enter its Name, and the Registration (optional) and Notes (optional), then choose Add van.
- To choose who drives it, open the person's page in Team, pick the Van under Skills and van, and choose Save member.
- To choose which round it works, open the round, choose Round settings, pick the Van, and save.
- To fill it up, open the van and choose Top up from the depot. Choose the Item and the Quantity, then choose Move stock.
What happens next
The van's page shows Stock on board, its Movements, who drives it and which rounds it works. The person who drives it sees that stock in the app and can ask for a top-up. Top-ups wait for you in To do on Home: approving moves the stock from the depot.
To stop using a van, open it and choose Retire the van. Its stock and history stay on record, and Bring the van back undoes it.
If something goes wrong
- “You already have a van with that name.”: choose another name.
- “The van didn't save. Please try again.”: nothing changed.
- “Choose two different places.”: a top-up goes from the depot to the van.
- “Enter a whole number more than 0.”: check the quantity.
- “You don't have a van yet. Ask the office to set one up.”: a cleaner sees this in the app. Choose their van on their page in Team.

The owner, and managers with Can approve timesheets and manage stock and vans.
