- On Me, tap Search (the magnifying glass) at the top.
- Type part of a customer's name, a street, a town or a postcode.
- Tap a result to open the visit.
What happens next
Owners and managers in the business view search the whole business instead: customers, addresses, invoices and quotes. That needs signal.
If something goes wrong
- “Nothing on this phone matches. Search covers today and the next six days.”: try part of the name or the postcode.
