Your price list for suggested prices

Before you start

The price list only suggests a price when you add a customer, a plan or a quote. It never changes a price you've already set.

1. Open Settings, then Services and prices, then the Price list tab.
2. Fill in what you charge, or choose Use example starting prices and change them. The examples are starting prices, not market rates.
3. Under Prices by property, enter a price per visit for each kind of property and number of bedrooms. Leave a box blank where you don't have a price.
4. Under Panes, first clean and minimum, add a Per pane price (optional), a First clean (+%) and a Minimum charge (£).
5. Under How often, choose Add a frequency to add or take off a percentage by how often you visit.
6. Add One-off jobs, Add-ons, an Hourly rate under By the hour, and Packages, as you need them.
7. Check a price under Try it, then choose Save price list.

What happens next

“Price list saved. You’ll see suggestions when you add plans and quotes.” The suggested price is a starting point you can change. Packages drop into a quote with one tap.

If something goes wrong

• “Enter the minimum charge in pounds, like 10.”: the minimum charge is needed.
• “Enter the price per pane in pounds, like 0.50.”: check the pane price.
• “Frequency adjustments need a number of weeks and a percentage.”: fill in both.
• “Name each one-off job, like Deep clean.” or “Name each add-on, like Oven.”: give each one a name.
• “Enter the hourly rate in pounds, like 20.”: or leave the rate empty.
• “Your price list couldn’t load. Check your connection and try again.”: refresh the page.

Who can do this

Managers with Can see and change customers and services can open it. Only the owner, and managers with Can see invoices, take payments and set prices, can change and save it.
