Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
The first time, allow the camera. Location is removed from every photo.
- On the visit, tap Photos. With no photos yet, the camera opens.
- Choose Before or After at the bottom. Once the visit has started, or a before photo is in, it's set to After.
- Choose a spot, such as Front windows, so a before and an after of the same place pair up. Add a spot names a new one, kept for this property's future visits. No spot is fine too.
- Tap the round button to take the photo. Keep the whole window in frame, and avoid people and personal items.
- Tap Review, with the number you took, or Done.
- On Photo review, check each photo and add a Caption (optional). Tap Use these photos, or Add another photo.
Pairs show under their spot's name, Before beside After. Other photos are listed below them.
Camera turned off? Before photo from your photos and After photo from your photos add a photo you've already taken.
What happens next
Photos stay on the phone until they upload, made smaller first so they use less data. Each says Waiting to upload, Will retry or Uploaded. A caption can be changed until the photo uploads.
When you finish the visit, the app reminds you of any spot that has a before photo but no after.
If something goes wrong
- “That photo didn't save. Try again.”: take it again, and check your phone has space.
- “The camera isn't available”: turn it on for this app in your phone's settings, or choose photos you've already taken.
- “That photo wasn't added”: try another photo, or check your phone has space.
- A photo didn't upload after 8 tries: open Sync and tap Try again. It's still on the phone.
- Took the wrong photo? Before it uploads, tap the bin under it, then Delete. This can't be undone.
