Yes. Every plan includes texts to customers each month: 100 on Solo, 150 on Team and 300 on Business. Emails and app notifications are free. Owners can add 200 texts for £15.

Yes, any time, from your plan page. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for, and a yearly plan at the end of its year. You can download all your data first.
After 14 days, add a card or Direct Debit to carry on. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and paying brings it all back.
