Forms

A form asks for ticks, notes, numbers or a customer's signature on a visit. Start from a ready-made form, or choose New form. Ready-made forms are a starting point, not advice: check them against your own work and each site.

Choose where a form is filled in: on visits for the services you pick, or not attached, for when it's needed. To use it at one site only, tick it on a business customer's service plan.

A form can be filled in before starting, such as a safety check for hazards and ladders: the app shows it before Start. A required form has to be filled in before the visit can be completed. The job report shows forms first, with who filled them in and when.

Completed forms lists every form your team has filled in. Changing a form doesn't change forms already filled in.
