Before you start
Open the menu under your name and choose My profile.
- Under Your details, change your First name, Last name or Mobile. Your email can't be changed here.
- Turn Share my mobile with the team on or off. Owners and managers always see it.
- Choose Save profile. If you changed your mobile, enter the Code from the text and choose Confirm mobile.
- To change your photo, choose Add a photo or Change photo. Change password is at the top.
What happens next
“Profile saved.” shows. Your own one-off start and end places, Start somewhere else on a date and End somewhere else on a date, are on this page too.
To delete your own login, type DELETE under Delete my account and choose Delete my account. Your work stays with the business, shown as ‘Former team member’. This deletes your login, not the business: to delete the business, close the account. If you're the only owner, make someone else an owner first.
If something goes wrong
- “That code didn't work.”: check the code from the text.
- “We couldn't save your profile. Please try again.”: nothing changed.
