Before you start
Your company manages your name, role and job title. You change your photo, your mobile and whether it's shared.
- Open Me and tap your name (My profile and settings). You opens.
- Tap your photo, then Take photo, Choose from library or Remove photo. Only your team sees it.
- To change your Mobile, type it and tap Save mobile. We text you a code: type it under Code from the text and tap Confirm mobile.
- Turn on Share my mobile with the team so teammates can call, text or WhatsApp you. Your managers can always see it.
- To change your password, tap Password & sign-in, type the new password twice and tap Save new password.

What happens next
Sign out asks first. If work hasn't been sent, choose to send it now. Signing out anyway deletes it from this phone.
Delete my account deletes your login and personal details. Work you did stays with the business.
If something goes wrong
- “The passwords don't match.”: type the same password twice.
- “The photo didn't change”: try again.
- “Send your work first”: let your work send before you delete your account.
