Before you start
The office's numbers show once the owner or a manager has shared a mobile number in the app.
- Tap Messages.
- Under Message the office, tap Text or Call with their first name. Your phone's own messages or phone app opens.
- Below are your notifications, under Today and Earlier. Tap one to open what it's about.
Notifications is also a button at the top of Me.
What happens next
Texts and calls go from your own phone. To choose what comes to your phone, see Notifications.
If something goes wrong
- “Nobody in the office has shared a mobile number in the app yet.”: ask them to add one on their profile.
- “See your latest notifications when you have signal.”: notifications need signal.
