Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
Spots are the parts of the property photos are taken of, so each before pairs with its after. Cleaners can also add a spot from the app while they take photos.
- Open the property. Spots is on the side of the page.
- Choose Add a spot, type the Spot name, such as Front windows, and choose Add spot.
- Use the up and down arrows to put them in the order cleaners walk round.
- To rename one, choose the pencil, type the new name and choose Save name.
What happens next
Cleaners choose from these spots when they take photos on this property's visits. To stop offering one, choose the pencil, then Archive spot. Archived spots aren’t offered in the app any more. Photos already taken keep their spot.
If something goes wrong
- “Enter a name.”: the name is empty.
- “Use 60 characters or fewer.”: shorten the name.
- “Spots couldn't load. Please try again.”
Who can do this
The owner and managers. Cleaners can add a spot in the app.
