Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
Finish each visit, or save it as No access or Skip.
- After your last visit, tap Finish and clock out on the visit summary. If you didn't clock in, tap Finish your round.
- The day's summary shows how many were Done, No access and Skipped, your time working, your first and last stop, and about how many miles between stops.
- If you take payments, it also shows Work done and Payments taken.
- Still clocked in? Check Shift so far, then tap Clock out.
- Tap Done for today. My timesheet opens your hours.
What happens next
If you send your hours after each shift, it says Your shift has gone to the office to approve. Otherwise, send your week from My timesheet by Sunday evening.
Anything still sending stays on the phone until it's sent, even after you clock out.
If something goes wrong
- “That shift was under a minute, so it isn't kept.”: the shift was too short to keep.
- Changes are still sending: they stay on this phone until they've sent. Open Sync to check.
- The miles look short: Between stops is a straight line. Your mileage counts the roads.
Who can do this
Cleaners, and owners and managers working their own visits.
