Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
Bulk price change changes the price per visit on service plans. Only plans priced per visit change; change any others on the plan itself. The message to customers uses your Your price is changing and Last visit at the old price templates in Messages.
- On Schedule, choose Bulk price change.
- Under Who it applies to, choose All service plans, one round, or a tag.
- Under Change by, choose Amount (£) or Percentage, and type it. Put a minus sign in front to lower prices.
- Choose the day it Starts from.
- Choose Review affected plans, and check each plan's old and new price.
- If any prices go up, choose How to tell them: Don’t tell them, By email or By text. Tick Remind them after their last visit at the old price if you like.
- Choose Apply to … plans.
What happens next
It says how many plans were updated and how many customers were told. If it starts today or earlier, the new price is used straight away. If it starts later, plans keep their price until that day. Planned visits from that day get the new price; visits already done keep theirs. Customers you chose to tell get one message each, with their old and new price and the date it starts, and your usual rules for texts, opt-outs and your text allowance apply.
If something goes wrong
- “Enter a number.”: type the amount or the percentage as a number.
- “No service plans match.”: nobody on that round or tag has a plan priced per visit.
- “Only people with Money can set prices. Ask the owner.”: you need Can see invoices, take payments and set prices.
- “Choose a change and the day it starts.”: choose a start day. A change can be up to £1,000 or 100%.
- “… messages couldn’t be sent.”: the prices changed, but some customers weren't told. Check their mobile or email.
