Before you start
Plan and usage is in Settings, under Your plan.
- Open Settings, then Plan and usage. Check People in your team, the texts used and Optimiser runs this month.
- To buy more texts, choose the Buy … texts button, then confirm with Buy texts.
- To change plan, choose how you pay, Monthly or Yearly (ten months’ price), and a plan under Change plan. Check what it says you'll pay, then choose Change plan.
- Under Payment method, choose Add a card, or Use a different card.
What happens next
Bills lists each bill as Paid, Due, Failed or Cancelled. Credits shows free months and referral rewards, which come off your next bills. Refer a business gives you a link to copy.
To stop paying, choose Cancel plan and confirm. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then the account becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything. Keep my plan undoes it before then. To delete everything, close the account instead.
When texts run out, texts waiting to go are sent on the 1st, or as soon as you buy more texts or move to a bigger plan. Any still waiting after 7 days aren't sent.
If something goes wrong
- “Your plan couldn’t load. Check your connection and try again.”: refresh the page.
- “Your trial lets you have up to … people.”: choose a bigger plan, or remove people, before you add a payment method.
- “This month’s texts are used up.”: buy more texts or move to a bigger plan.
Who can do this
The owner, and managers with Can change business settings, payments, accounting and the plan, buy texts, change the plan and the card. Other managers see this month's use only.
