What you'll need
  • A photo you own the rights to, or have permission to use
  1. Open Website, then Photos.
  2. Under Add a photo, choose the Photo and add a Caption (optional).
  3. Tick I own the rights to this photo, or have permission to use it.
  4. Choose Add to gallery.

What happens next

The photo goes in your website's gallery, with any before and after photos from visits you've chosen. The gallery holds 48 photos in all. Photos are made smaller, and their details, such as where they were taken, are removed before they go on your website.

Under Your photos, change a Caption and choose Save, or choose the bin, then Remove photo, to take one off your website and delete it.

Before and after photos from visits are picked on Edit, under Gallery, with Choose photos. Only photos of customers who agreed to marketing are there, and if a customer changes their mind, their photos come off your website at once.

If something goes wrong

  • “We couldn't read that photo. Try a JPEG, WebP or PNG.”: save it as one of those.
  • “That photo is too big. Make it smaller than 2 MB.”: use a smaller copy.
  • “The gallery holds 48 photos. Remove one first.”: remove a photo, or pick fewer under Edit.
