Make a round, tick its days, and repeat it every week or every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. Put the stops in the order you drive by dragging them, or choose the best order for the shortest drive.

Rain delay pushes a round's visits back by 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 of its days, and later visits move with it. Check the list first, then tell your customers by text or email.

The optimiser spreads the week's visits across your team from each person's start point and puts each day in order. You see the miles and hours before and after, and nothing changes until you accept.

The phone app keeps today and the next six days on your phone. Mark stops done, no access or skipped, take before and after photos, add notes and take cash with no signal. It all sends when you're back in signal. Card payments need signal.

Invoice after every clean or once a month. Customers pay by card from a link or a QR code on the doorstep, or set up Direct Debit through your own GoCardless account. Money goes straight to you, with no harulu fee. Reminders stop when an invoice is paid.

Send a quote by link and the customer approves it online, with no account. Turn on "We're coming tomorrow" the night before, and a message when you've been or couldn't get in. Texts come from your plan's monthly allowance.
Pay your team right, with mileage.
Clock in and out on the app for timesheets. Pay by the hour, day, visit or a percentage of the work, with mileage at HMRC rates worked out from each day's route. Export pay runs for BrightPay or Sage.
Records ready for Making Tax Digital.

Common questions
Can it handle 4, 6 and 8 weekly cleans?
Yes. Each house can be cleaned every week, every 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks, every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months, or as a one-off. A round can repeat every week or every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. How service plans work.
What happens when it rains?
Choose Rain delay on the schedule, pick a round or all the rounds that day, and how far to push it. You see every visit that will move before you apply it, and you can tell the customers by text or email. Rain delays and closed days.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Today and the next six days are kept on the phone. Visits, photos, notes, forms and cash work with no signal, and everything sends when you're back in signal. Card payments and new payment links need signal. Using the app without signal.
Can customers pay by Direct Debit?
Yes. Customers set up Direct Debit themselves from your customer portal or a link, and you choose when to collect each invoice. It runs through your own GoCardless account, so the money goes straight to you. harulu adds no fee; GoCardless charges its own. Payments.
I use a spreadsheet or Squeegee now. How do I move?
Send us your file and a person here sets your customers up in harulu, free on every plan. If you'd rather import it yourself, exports from Squeegee and CleanerPlanner are recognised. On paper? Send photos of your book. How switching works, or compare harulu with Squeegee.
