Before you start
Telling the office you can't work needs signal, so they know straight away. Without it, call the office.
- Before you clock in, tap Can't work today on Today. Once you've clocked in, it's Finish early instead.
- Under What's stopping you?, choose Emergency, Unwell, Van problem, Weather or Unsafe to work.
- You can tap Undo for a few seconds. After that, it's sent.
Running late instead? Tap Running late? Tell the office. Messages opens with a text ready to send, which you can change first.
What happens next
Your visits left today go back to the office, and they're told why. Finish early also clocks you out. Today then shows You stopped at and the time.
If something goes wrong
- “This needs a signal”: try again when you have signal, or call the office.
- “Your day wasn't stopped” or “That didn't go through”: try again, or call the office.
