Before you start
The download has people's names, addresses and contact details. Keep it somewhere safe and only share it for your business.
- Open Settings. Under More settings, choose Download your data.
- Choose Download your data.
- Wait while it's got ready: a big business can take a minute.
What happens next
“Downloaded. Look in your downloads folder.” One zip file has a spreadsheet (CSV) each for Customers, Properties, Visits, Invoices and Payments, which open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. You can download at any time, even when the account is read-only.
If something goes wrong
- “The download didn’t work. Please try again.”: try again, on a good connection.
