Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.
Before you start
These settings are in Settings, under More settings, then Scheduling. Saving the working days or booking rebuilds planned visits; moved and finished visits stay as they are.
What your team calls regular work
- Under What do you call your regular work?, open Your team sees.
- Choose the word you want. Routes is usual for home, commercial and garden work; the other word is usual for window and exterior cleaning. Choose for me from my services picks one from the services you offer.
It saves straight away, for the whole team, on the web and in the phone app. Only the words change: your customers and their days stay as they are.
Working days and booking
- Under Working days, tick the days you work.
- Under Booking visits, choose Count the next visit from: When it was due, or The last clean.
- Choose how far to Book visits ahead: 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 or 26 weeks.
- Choose Save scheduling settings.
What happens next
“Scheduling settings saved.” shows, and planned visits are rebuilt for the weeks ahead. Visits you moved by hand and finished visits stay as they are.
If something goes wrong
- “We couldn't save that. Please try again.”: the word didn't change. Check your connection and choose again.
- “We couldn't save the settings. Please try again.”: nothing changed. Try again.
- Save scheduling settings is greyed out: tick at least one working day.
