Finding your way around

The menu, the home page, and where each page lives.

Help centre

Not a window cleaner? Where this guide says round, you'll see route. It works the same way. You can change the word in Settings, then Scheduling.

The menu on the left is always open, in groups. At the top: Home, To do and Messages. Work: Schedule, Rounds, Customers, Leads and requests, and Quotes. Money: Money and Reports. Business: Team, Website and Settings. On a phone, the menu button at the top left opens the same groups.

Some pages open from their parent page instead of the menu:

  • Closed days: a button on Schedule.
  • Tags: a button on Customers.
  • Tax summary: a tab in Money.
  • Stock and vans: a tab in Team.
  • Services and prices, and Forms: in Settings.

Above each page's title is where it sits, such as Work above Rounds, or Settings › Services and prices.

Settings shows the ones most people need first. The rest are under More settings. Type in the search box on Settings to find one.

To jump to anything, press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac), or use the search box at the top of every page. It finds customers, addresses, invoices and pages.

Home shows cards such as Today at a glance, To do, Today's visits and Keys not back. You can move them around, hide the ones you don't use, and bring them back from Add a card.

Each page with a guide has a small Help link next to its title. It opens the guide in a panel at the side, without leaving the page.

Managers see the parts of the menu the owner has ticked for them.
