Quotes, leads and requests

New enquiries, quotes to approve online, and what customers ask for.

Leads are people who've asked about your work but aren't customers yet. Enquiries from your website arrive here, and you can add a lead by hand. Each lead is New, Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost. When they say yes, choose Make them a customer.

Write a quote with a line for each piece of work: one-off, every few weeks or every few months. Send it by email or text. The customer opens the link to approve or decline it, with no account needed. If they tell you by phone or in person, record it yourself; their link then stops working.

Approving a quote with repeating work starts their regular cleans. A one-off quote can ask for a deposit, which they pay by card when they accept, once card payments are set up for your business.

Requests are what your customers ask for in their customer portal. Reply by email or text, and mark each one In progress, Done or Declined.
