AskHaru, the assistant
Tell it a change to your schedule, or ask how to do something.
AskHaru is an AI assistant for owners and managers. It is not a person. Open it from the AskHaru button in the top bar.
- Tell it: type a change, like "Jo's off on Friday, share her visits out". AskHaru shows exactly what would change. Nothing changes until you choose Confirm.
- How do I: ask how to do something. The answer comes only from these help guides, with a button to open the screen.
- In a conversation, Suggest a reply puts a suggested reply in the box. Edit it before you send it. Nothing is sent by itself.
- Sort labels a customer's message, such as a skip request or a complaint. A skip or reschedule with a clear date becomes a card in Decide.
- On the website editor, Draft with AskHaru writes your about text or an area's text from the facts you type. It never adds years, reviews, awards or numbers.
Anything AskHaru writes is marked "Suggested by AskHaru" until you send or save it.
Each business has a monthly allowance of requests. Plan and usage shows how many you've used, and the count starts again on the 1st.
